EN 15085 - 2

EN 15085 certification is evidence that your operations meet the railway industry’s international standard for consistency and high quality in fusion welding of materials in rolling stock and components manufacturing.

DISP

Helps you to get the right security requirements when delivering Defence contracts and tenders.
Gives you access to Defence security advice and support services.
Helps you better understand and manage security risks across your business.
Provides confidence and assurance to Defence and other government entities (either Australian or foreign) when procuring goods and services from industry members.

ISO 3834

This standard requires engineers and manufactures to comply and ensure the quality of your welded product and to optimize the manufacturing cost, the whole welding process must be controlled from the very start and this standard sets out requirements for manufacturers to meet, in order to apply good practice to their welding operations along with full traceability.

DIN 2303

The military has special requirements for naval ships, submarines and other vehicles requiring welded products. If you aim to include Defence products then you should opt for manufacturer qualification according to DIN 2303.

AS 5131

This standard requires engineers and manufactures to comply with a Construction Category in their project specifications. The Construction Category specifies the correct level of quality and assurance controls to be in place to ensure the structure meets the engineer’s design assumptions with full traceability along with the level of risk mitigation under obligations implicit in the Workplace Health & Safety Act.

RMS Qualification

This Prequalification requires engineers to specify a steel fabrication Construction Category in their project specifications. The Construction Category specifies the correct level of quality and assurance controls to be in place to ensure the structure meets the engineer’s design assumptions and the level of risk mitigation under obligations implicit in the Workplace Health & Safety Act.

Painting Contractor Certification Program (PCCP)

PCCP is an accreditation scheme for painting contractors that ensures they operate at defined standards for surface preparation and paint application. The PCCP is overseen by Australian CSIRO and Audits PMG yearly to validate our continued efforts towards best practice and quality products.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 applies to any organization, regardless of size or industry. More than one million organizations from more than 160 countries have applied the ISO 9001 standard requirements to their quality management systems. For PMG this was our entry level before we endeavoured to our industry specific standards.
