Mobile Morgue System

The COVID-19 global pandemic has shocked every nations’ health organisations, with many countries struggling to cope with not only the influx of infected cases but also management of the deceased.
As it has become apparent from the recent events, an increase of demand on the health system, has led to an increase of demand on the death system.
PMG has recognised the need for a solution to this issue and has sought to design a system that can be built, deployed and operated in an effective, time and cost sensitive manner.
Our in-house designed body bays are made to fit inside any refrigerated containers or truck trailers.
A simple tool-free assembly design ensures that each bay can be assembled rapidly requiring no tools or prior experience, the modular design allows for any number of bays to work in line with each other, maximising the use of available space.
The roller system enables the easy and fast loading & unloading of body trays which PMG also manufactures.
Our example solution shows a set of 2 rows of bays fitted inside a refrigerated standard 20ft shipping container, with each row utilising 3 bays. Each bay can store up to 5 body trays, giving this example the capacity of storing up to 30 bodies.
PMG have already begun production of the stretcher systems and storage and are ready to take orders to meet demand.

Our capability are as follows:
• 150, 20-foot container kits per week
• 30 Stretchers for 20-foot container

Stretcher & Body Tray

The COVID-19 global pandemic has shocked every nations’ health organisations, with many countries struggling to cope with not only the influx of infected cases but also management of the deceased.
PMG has recognised the need for a solution to this issue and has sought to design a system that can be built, deployed and operated in an effective, time and cost sensitive manner.
Our in-house designed stretcher serves a dual purpose as a stretcher and as a body tray which works in conjunction with our mobile morgue system.
The stretcher is made entirely from stainless steel, making it suitable for the medical industry, durable, easy to store and requires no assembly.
The stretcher can be carried by up to 6 people with a maximum payload of 120kg.
PMG have already begun production of the stretcher and are ready to take orders to meet demand.

Our capability are as follows:

• 250 kits per week

COVID-19 Decontamination Chamber and Decontamination Tunnel

Our product is in essence a sanitising agent delivery system, which can be configured in array of configurations to help prevent the spread of viral illness’ through the sanitisation of people, equipment and products.
Our product is configured with the aim of sanitising personnel in various situations such as (but not limited to); quarantine zones, hospitals, aged care facilities, schools, workplaces etc. This is done simply by delivering a sanitising agent through a fog which covers all external surfaces on the person inside the chamber, thus preventing the transmission of the virus from surface to surface contact.
Our product however, can be configured in ways to cater for the sensitisation of products and equipment through the use of larger or smaller chambers, utilising different agents and delivery nozzles for spray, mist or fog delivery. This is useful for a range of applications where products can be sensitive to liquid saturation.
The simple design of the chambers and its components make possible the ability to manufacture, deliver and commission the system in a very short time frame. This is thanks to the ability to ship the chamber in kit form requiring very basic tools and no prior knowledge to build and commission the system as all instructions are included with the kit.

  • Pricing schedule; Kit price for chamber, 240V fogging unit or Misting system, packaging and shipping. All ready to activate onsite within 30min.
  • Optional extras such as; multiple nozzles, types of nozzle (spray, mist etc), power options (mains, solar, battery), enclosure options (strips, doors) .
  • The impact a decontamination chamber such as this can make, has the potential to be significant to both the public and public service personnel, if used in a strategically correct manner. This product offers a further measure of protection against viral diseases through surface decontamination, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Decontamination chambers and sanitising agents have already been proven in their effectiveness at the prevention of viral diseases and this is the reason they are found as standard in places handling biohazardous goods. Our solution simply enables this practice to be brought to the front line and where it’s needed the most, faster and cheaper than any other similar solution currently available.
  • PMG has already designed and manufactured the product and is ready to begin the mass manufacture to meet demand. Our delivery systems must be used with approved TGA products in accordance with your local regulations at all times.

Our capability are as follows:

• 250 kits per week
