New roof structure fabrication and installation for Emerson Park Amenity Building is located on Emerson street in Wetherill Park within the border of Fairfield City Council.

The new roof structure provides lower maintenance cost, improved security & safety, enhanced appearance and better functionality.
Features
Modification of existing window grills to rear wall openings, manufacturing and installation of steel roof structure, installation of new all purlins, bracing as per supplied design drawings, Integration and support of existing front awning into new roof structure of Emerson Park amenity building.
Task
Work with the local government departments on the design and construction to deliver the job on time and budget in accordance to AS5131 CC2.
